How to make feeds with small feed mill plant?

As shown in the video, STLP 300/STLP400 feed pellet line is designed to make animal feeds, which is applied for feeding pig, cattle, rabbit, chicken, and other animals. STLP 300/STLP400 feed pellet plant can produce 2-8mm of feed pellets with 600-1000kg/h pellet out put capacity. This type of small animal line is widely used in small and medium size of feed production plant farms and individuals, etc. generally, STLP 300/STLP400 feed pellet line includes some equipment like grinding machine, mixing machine, screw conveyor, feed mill machine and cooler. How does this feed pellet line works? Firstly, choose suitable raw materials to make feed pellets, such as maize, soya bean meal and etc. Secondly, grind the raw materials into fine powder with grinding machine. Thirdly, through mixing machine, the fine powder can mix with the wheat bran, bone meal, microelement, vitamin and other raw materials to make the complete feed mesh. Next, the fin powder can be made into feed pellets by animal feed machine. Then, transport the feed pellets with screw conveyor, for better strength of pellets, the pellets can be screened and cooled by the cooler. Finally, all feed pellets can be packaged by package machine.
